Q. Where the products come from?
A. All our liquidation lots come from major Canadian retailers. These are either Brand New Overstock, Shelf Pulled Merchandise or Customer Returns.


Q. What categories of merchandise do you sell?
A. We sell over 50 different product categories; Computers (Accessories, Parts, Printers, Softwares, Monitors & More), Electronics (Tablet & Smartphone Accessories, Video Games & More), Toys & Games, Home Products (Small Appliances, Bedding, Kitchen Products, Rugs & More), Business Products (Offfice Supply, Facility Supply, POS & Store Supply, Desk Accessories & More), Fashion (Clothing, Watchs, Luggage, Jewelry & More), General Merchandise (Baby Products, Pet Products, Furniture, Health & Beauty, Automative Parts and More).


Q. What are the differences in product conditions you sell?

A. Our products are offered in 5 conditions:

Brand New

Brand New products from were never sold to a consumer.  Those are sealed but may have price tags or stickers.

Like New

Like New products have gone through our high standard quality process: Every electronics components have been tested 100% functional and meet all original manufacturer specifications, products has been inspected and cleaned to look like new one, Retail Box & All Accessories included in the original packaging will be supplied.


Refurbished products have gone through our high standard quality process: Every electronics components have been tested 100% functional and meet all original manufacturer specifications, products has been inspected and cleaned. Products will be in Very Good esthetical condition, Retail Box may be missing & all Essential accessories are included. Missings Parts if any will be clearly identified in the detailled Manifest.


Returns products were sold to a consumer then returned to a store within 30 days. These are Untested and you can found about 20% of defective items. Reasons for returns can be but not limited to : Changed mind, Gift return, online failed delivery, box damaged, defective and more. Packaging may be missing, see pictures for more details.


Salvage products were tested non-functional, are missing parts or have too many scratchs & dents.  No repair attempted on products. Products have defects and can potentially be repaired.  Televisions and Monitors don't have cracked displays (LCD may be broken inside for the ones that doesn't turn on).  For Tablets, Smartphones & Laptops those may have cracked displays & LCD and some may be locked.  HDD may have been removed from Desktops and Laptops.  Retail Box may be missing.  See pictures and manifest for more details.  Salvage lots are sold as is.

Salvage (BER)

Salvage (BER) products are non-functional and Beyond Economic Repair.  Those have all cracked displays and are missing parts.  Also, some may be locked, have a dead battery, water damage, broken LCD and more issues.  Those may have value as parts to create working units.  Retail Box may be missing, see pictures and manifest for more details.  Salvage (BER) lots are sold as is.


Q. Does Restock sell some products on another network or remove products from lots?

A. All Products we receive are sold in lots on our marketplace We do not operate a retail store, nor we do private sales outside our marketplace. All our clients have access to all our lots through the same marketplace. We are fully dedicated to find the best deals for our clients. We aim to be THE source for liquidation, and we believe this can only be achieved by building a client relation based on trust and transparency.


Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. You can pay directly on our website for all your orders, with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. All our prices are in Canadian Dollars.


Q. Can I negotiate the price of a Lot ?
A. We don't do individual negotiation but we set low price on every lot to able our business customers to make a profit out of each lot and move inventory quickly. On occasion, we reduce some Lots prices and identify those as Deals, see here:


Q. How much does shipping cost for the Box Lots ?

A. Shipping is Calculated at Checkout for Canada & US location. We ship with FedEx Ground and Purolator. A tracking number will be supplied within 1 business day after payment is completed. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 open days from date of payment.

Alternatively, you can also pick-up your order at our Montreal warehouse for free.

We do not ship Internationally at this time.


Q. How much does shipping cost for the Pallets & Truckload Lots ?

A. Pallets & Truckload Lots are available for Pick-Up Only. The reason we do so is that pallet and truckload lot have few restrictions on shipping; liftgate required, oversized truck area restriction, residential area, inside deliveries, etc. As we want to offer you a painless purchasing experience, if you need a transport quotation for a specific shipment, contact our sales teams and we will be more than happy to support you.


Q. What do I need to proceed to a Pick-up and where your warehouse is located?

A. You can pick-up your order Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm & our warehouse is located at 9665 Clement, Lasalle (Montreal), Quebec, H8R 4B4, Canada.

Pick-Up Yourself

To release your order, you must go at the loading dock with a copy of the invoice and an identity card with photo issued by a government.  If you send someone else to pick-up the merchandise, make sure he has a copy of the invoice and he will also be required to show an ID with photo to release your order.

Pick-Up By Transport Company

You can pick-up your order 1 business day after the purchase.  To release your order, you must send the Bill Of Lading (BOL), a scan of your identity card with photo issued by a government and the credit card used for the transaction.  The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card.


Q. Can I wait few days before the pick-up for my orders?

A. Many clients combine their orders to save on shipping, we authorise our clients to wait up to five (5) business-days before the pick-up of their orders.  After that delay, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any outstanding orders.


Q. I am based outside of Canada & US, can I order from

A. Yes, as long as you have a Canadian or US shipping address any business can order from You will be responsible for ensuring that the products are eligible for export outside Canada and to comply with all applicable requirements including but not limited to import fees if any.


Q. How often will I receive your newsletter if I subscribe?

A. We understand your time is important, so we send our newsletter only to inform about New Arrivals & Price Drop. When you receive our Newsletter you can also update your preferences to receive only the Lots of interest to you. For example you can choose to received Newsletter about Electronics Or Kitchen & Appliances only.


Q. Can I get more info or more photos of a lot I’m interested in?
A. All details we have from a specific lot are posted on its page with a detailled manifest. If you want more info on specific products, we suggest searching on manufacturer website. If you want to inspect a specific lot before purchasing at our warehouse this can be done by apointment only, please send a email to or call us at 438.808.7385.


Q. I already purchased a Lot but forgot to print the manifest, where I can find it ?
A. To access the webpage of a Lot that you purchased and get the Manifest you simply need to enter in your browser : For example you purchased lot #12345 so you enter .


Q. What is the accuracy of the manifests?
A. Every lot we sell comes with a detailed manifest. However, if there is a discrepancy between the manifest and the products you received, you must inform us within 3-days after receiving the merchandise. You must send a list of missing quantities and your sales rep will handle the situation with you. We are proud to offer accurate manifest to our buyers and, as much as small discrepancies may happen on large returns lots, the overall value of a lot should not be affected by such differences.


Q. Can I return the merchandise?
A. All our wholesale deals are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If any issues, you must inform us within 3-days after receiving the merchandise.
